Behind the Scenes

Bay Area Women is a live show, with real people who reveal the journey of their success, and it's crewed by real people.

It’s different from all other talk shows because it is a non-profit operation manned by a dedicated crew of volunteers— most have been with the show since it's inception in 1997, and each one has a desire to stay with the program as it expands and broadens it's viewing areas.

While their TV life begins and ends during the Friday night taping, many have full time careers and families that take up the remainder of their time. Yet, they really enjoy what they do, and are always amazed as to how inspiring the show’s guests can be.
